Our Story
We couldn’t find the right tool.
So we built it.
We came out of RevOps inside HubSpot-first companies. We’d built routing with workflows, ops hub code blocks, and spreadsheets held together by good intentions. It worked — until it didn’t.
Leads fell through the cracks. Territory changes meant hours of workflow surgery. Auditing who got what lead and why was nearly impossible. LeanData only worked on Salesforce. Everything else was either too simple or too expensive.
So in early 2026, we started building the tool we wished we had — a visual routing builder, a real audit trail, and the operational confidence HubSpot teams deserve. A few weeks of internal dogfooding later, we opened it up as a public beta.
FlowRouter is moving fast because the problem has been broken for a long time.
