Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FlowRouter platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We recommend reading these Terms in their entirety before creating an account.
2. Description of Service
FlowRouter provides a visual lead-routing platform designed for HubSpot. The Service enables you to build, configure, and automate lead-routing flows using a drag-and-drop canvas interface. Features include territory-based assignment, round-robin distribution, account matching, service-level agreement (SLA) enforcement, and routing analytics.
FlowRouter operates as a companion application to HubSpot and requires an active HubSpot subscription to function. The Service connects to your HubSpot portal through the official HubSpot API.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@flowrouter.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
4. Subscription Plans
FlowRouter offers multiple subscription tiers with varying feature sets, routing volume limits, and support levels. Current plan details, pricing, and feature comparisons are available on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period.
We may modify pricing for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.
5. Free Trial
FlowRouter offers a 14-day free trial that provides full access to all features without requiring a credit card. The trial begins when you create your account and connect your HubSpot portal.
At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be placed in a read-only state. Your flow configurations will be preserved for 30 days, during which you can reactivate by subscribing to a paid plan.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly plans: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the period.
- Annual plans: You may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, no refund is available, but you retain access through the end of the paid term.
After cancellation, you have a 30-day access window to export your flow configurations, routing history, and analytics data. After this period, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of documented APIs
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam through HubSpot
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use policy.
8. Intellectual Property
FlowRouter and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and visual design elements. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use FlowRouter's trademarks or branding.
You retain full ownership of your data, including flow configurations, routing rules, and any CRM data processed through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant FlowRouter a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose data is processed through your routing flows.
10. HubSpot Integration
FlowRouter is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HubSpot, Inc. "HubSpot" is a registered trademark of HubSpot, Inc.
Use of the Service requires a valid, active HubSpot subscription with appropriate access tiers. You are responsible for maintaining your HubSpot subscription and for ensuring that your HubSpot plan supports the API access required by FlowRouter.
FlowRouter is not responsible for changes to the HubSpot API, HubSpot pricing, or HubSpot service availability that may affect the functionality of the Service. In the event of a material HubSpot API change that impacts the Service, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt within a timely manner.
11. Service Availability
FlowRouter targets 99.9% uptime for the Service, measured on a monthly basis. This target excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which are communicated at least 24 hours in advance through the application and via email.
We perform routine maintenance during low-traffic periods to minimize disruption. Emergency maintenance to address security vulnerabilities or critical issues may be performed without advance notice.
The uptime target is a goal, not a guarantee, and does not create any right to service credits or compensation. We will communicate transparently about any service disruptions and their resolution through our status page.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOWROUTER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
FLOWROUTER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLOWROUTER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and through a notice in the application before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
